All payments are non-refundable.

Reservations during the week that are canceled 7 days or more prior to the scheduled booking may be rescheduled one time at no charge. Weekend reservations are subject to a $100 rescheduling fee regardless of notice provided. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking will result in $50 rescheduling fee. Standard reservations may not be rescheduled for holiday months (September - December). No-shows will result in full forfeiture of all payments made. Studio time begins promptly at the scheduled reservation start time, regardless of arrival. Late arrivals will not receive extended time or credits for lost time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Emergency exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of The GQe Club.

Your booking time begins and ends as scheduled; regardless of arrival time. If you arrive late, you will still be responsible for vacating the space at your originally scheduled end time.

Renters are expected to leave the studio in the same condition it was found. This includes:

Disposing of all trash in designated bins. Returning furniture, props, and equipment to their original positions. Cleaning up any spills or messes. Removing all personal belongings and gear. Failure to clean up after yourself will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please respect the space so we can continue offering a beautiful, professional environment for all creatives.
